La Bella Ladies' Nights are relaxed evenings for women of all ages to get together and enjoy themselves. We usually have a topic or event for the evening . . . everything from cake-decorating, movie-themed nights to self-defence classes and meals out!  Ladies Nights are held once a month and all dates for 2010 are located on our website.

Upcoming Events

Monday 9th August at 6:30 pm ~ Joint Ladies’ & Men’s Evening out at Combat Paintball in the Thetford Forest for a bit of fun and adventure. There will be a signup sheet available for this activity so a group discount can be arranged.

Friday 10th September at 7:30 pm ~ Self Defence Class held at HBC. Learn techniques for breaking away if you are attacked & basic self-defence. Instructed by Michael Footer from the Self Defence Federation in Ipswich. Pre-registration is required for this class with a small fee.

Monday 4th October at 7:30pm ~ Scrapbooking & Making Memories Night held at HBC. Learn tips & techniques that will inspire you to preserve your memories & make new ones. Bring a few pictures from one event or theme and we’ll teach you how to tell your story through photographs and journaling. Paper and craft supplies will be provided for you to make & take a keepsake away with you.

Monday 8th November at 7:30 pm ~ Cake Decorating & Table Decoration Demonstrations at HBC. Prepare for the Christmas Season and get in the festive spirit! Come along to learn some techniques for your Christmas cakes and how to make your own seasonal table décor.

Tuesday 7th December at 7:30 pm ~ Christmas Meal at “The Beagle” in Ipswich. Come and join us for a festive meal and a good chat! Menu choices to be confirmed in November.
