Small Groups

During the week (usually on Wednesdays) we have a number of Small Groups that meet in homes around Hadleigh and the surrounding area. If you would like to be part of these Small Groups, please email: smallgroupleader@hadleighbaptist.org.uk and you will be assigned to an appropriate group as soon as possible.

A new series of seven studies begins on Wednesday 16 May when we will be looking at the book of 1 John. We will discover how to continue in Christ so that we will be confident and unashamed when He returns.

INTRODUCTION

We live in an age of uncertainty: about ourselves, about the truths of the Christian faith, and about the future.

At a time when the first-century church had been invaded by false teachers, the apostle John knew that Christians who are not sure of God’s truth can wander away, never to return. He wrote to help his ‘dear children’, not only to know the real truth, but to be confident of it, and to rest upon it.

If then, why not today? We all urgently need to hear and obey God's loving message in this letter of John's. These studies will help us continue in Christ, so that we will be confident and unashamed when He returns.

Prayer and Praise takes place once a month in the Chapel and is an opportunity for all the small groups to come together and share.

Future Praise & Prayer: normally the first Wednesday of each month and throughout the Summer at 7.30pm
